Photo-Classes: Spring 2010

Here are the listing for classes I’m teaching for the Cardinal Stritch University Outreach Department this coming spring.

Introduction to Photography w/ the DSLR (CEART 192)
“Intro to DSLR” is a basic photo course for any photo-enthusiast who has a Digital Single-Lens Reflex Camera (Nikon D40, D5000, etc., Canon Rebel, Sony Alpha and so on). This class will cover basic camera operations and exposure modes. While it would be near impossible to educate students about every aspect of their DSLR, all students will leave the class with greater confidence in how to use their cameras.
This class costs $139. Dates:

The Basics of Digital Photography: Getting the Most Out of Your Digital Point-and-Shoot (CEART 185)
“Getting the Most…” is a basic photo course for any photo-enthusiast who has a Digital P+S Camera. This class will cover basic camera operations, features and exposure modes. While it would be near impossible to educate students about every aspect of their P+S camera, all students will leave the class with greater confidence in how to use their cameras!
This class costs $89
