Playing with 360-degrees

Technology keeps on changing, and it’s hard to keep up with the changes. For instance, in photography, I’ve worked hard over the years to get adept at making an image. Recently though, more and more, clients are wanting video – which is a whole different set of skills I’m working on. And now, too, 360-degree images have entered the fray – another way of working with images that have its own benefits and challenges. Luckily for me, Verizon lent me a 360-degree camera – the LG 360 – to try out and see what I thought! These photos were shot during the summer of 2016, and unfortunately got back-burnered by me till now – they should have been on this blog a long time ago! 🙁

When looking at the images, feel free to click-and-drag inside them to move around in the image – it’s really pretty amazing – and you can click on the lower-right icon in each to take it full-screen!
